How early should I confirm my private event booking?
Private event bookings must be confirmed at least one (1) week before the event date to
allow sufficient time for public session adjustments and coach scheduling.
Are the package prices negotiable?
All package prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Management reserves the right to amend
these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
How early can organizers access the venue?
Organizers may access the venue 30 minutes before the scheduled session for event setup
and preparations; earlier access is subject to management's approval.
Are decorations and catering included in the package?
Decorations and catering are not included in any package and must be arranged by the
organizer.
When should decorations and personal belongings be cleared?
All decorations, catering equipment, and personal belongings must be cleared from
the rink vicinity 15 minutes before the session ends.
Are birthday event rental rates different on weekdays and weekends?
Weekday and weekend rates apply for birthday event rentals. Please contact our
dedicated hotline to get an exact rate quote.
