How early should I confirm my private event booking?
Private event bookings must be confirmed at least one (1) week before the event date to
allow sufficient time for public session adjustments and coach scheduling.
Are the package prices negotiable?
All package prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Management reserves the right to amend
these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
How early can organizers access the venue?
Organizers may access the venue 30 minutes before the scheduled session for event setup
and preparations; earlier access is subject to management's approval.
Are decorations and catering included in the package?
Only active members can enjoy all the perks and benefits associated with the membership.
When should decorations and personal belongings be cleared?
Member benefits will renew annually and do not carry forward. Ensure you renew your membership to maintain your benefits.
Are birthday event rental rates different on weekdays and weekends?
The Snow Park is only available at Pavilion Bukit Jalil. Members from other outlets can exchange their complimentary snow park ticket for an ice skating ticket.
Is food included in the birthday event package?
No, food is not included. However, customers may bring their own catering or contact us for catering options. We work with several catering vendors who can provide catering services for your event.
