How do I join the membership?
You may register at your preferred outlets for membership here.
The registration fee is RM 60 per person and the renewal fee is RM 50 per annum to keep member benefits active.

Can I redeem multiple complimentary benefits at one time per day?
All complimentary benefits can only be redeemed one at a time per day; no multiple redemptions on the same day.
What is the validity period for the complimentary ice skating and snow park tickets when I sign up or renew my membership?
The complimentary tickets for ice skating and the snow park are valid for one year from your membership signup date. Your complimentary ice skating ticket will be credited to your account immediately. Vouchers for other exclusive benefits will be added to your account based on their terms and conditions, either within 24 hours or issued on your birthday.
Can I enjoy all the perks and benefits if I don’t have the membership?
Only active members can enjoy all the perks and benefits associated with the membership.
How does the membership renewal work?
Member benefits will renew annually and do not carry forward. Ensure you renew your membership to maintain your benefits.
Is the Snow Park available at all locations?
The Snow Park is only available at Pavilion Bukit Jalil. Members from other outlets can exchange their complimentary snow park ticket for an ice skating ticket.
Can I buy multiple tickets for a skating or snow park session at one time?
One member can purchase one ticket per session. However, you are allowed to buy another ticket for the next skating or snow park session.
As a member, how can i earn the point?
As a member, you can earn points with every purchase. For every RM1 you spend, you'll earn 1 point. It's that simple!
Do members earn points when they buy items at Blue Ice Pro-Shop?
Yes, members earn points when they purchase items at Blue Ice Pro-Shop! Every RM1 spent will earn you 1 point, just like any other purchase. However, please note that your membership must be active to accumulate points.
How are my points accumulated?
Points are earned through purchases made for members. Your points will be credited to your account within 48 hours of eligible purchases.
Do the points have an expiration date?
Points do not expire. However, you won't be able to earn or use points if your account is inactive.
Are the points transferable to another person?
Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other members' points or rewards.
Do the vouchers created from points have an expiration date after conversion?
Yes, once you convert your points to vouchers, they will expire one month from the date of conversion.
Can I redeem all my points to create a few vouchers and use them in one transaction?
No, vouchers cannot be combined for use within a single transaction.
Can I use my vouchers with other promotions?
No, vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or packages. This includes discount codes, gift cards, sales items, membership benefits, free gifts with purchase, bundles, and loyalty points. Each of these typically cannot be combined with other offers.
If I have 6000 points, can I convert all of them to three RM 100 vouchers and use them for class packages (Figure Skating, Ice Hockey, Short Track, Curling, etc.) or Pro-Shop items to receive additional discounts?
You can convert your points to RM 100 vouchers, but only one RM 100 voucher can be used per transaction for a class package or Pro-Shop item. Please note that vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions. For packages or items that are less than the value of the voucher, you can still use the voucher; however, no balance will be returned, and it cannot be saved for future discounts.
