Overview

Speed skating is a competitive form of ice skating where athletes/ individuals race each other in a variety of distances.

The goal is to complete the course in the shortest amount of time. Speed skating will have own specialized skates with long blades to reduce friction and increase speed.

Learn To Skate (LTS)

Student will learn the basic skating technique. This program contains of suggested practice plans to teach students from the basic skating skills to skate as speed skater in an organised and progression.

Learn To Play (LTP)

Student will learn to skate in a short track in a 120 meter oval rink as a speed skater.
